1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purhcase by contacting our sales persons, or email to info@sabazu.com.

2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice once we get your order list, and will help you calculate the best freight charge by courier, by air or by sea if required.

3. After you send us the payment, please provide the bank copy if possible, so that we can start to arrange production asap.

4. As soon as the goods are shipped out, we will let you know the tracking number. For after sales-service. Please contact the sales persons directly or contact us by info@sabazu.com.

1. MOQ

2. Payment Terms
T/T, Paypal and L/C for option.
a. By T/T: Bank transfer to Cantonk company bank account
b. By Paypal: There will be 4% of total price as paypal fee
c. By L/C(letter of credit): the order is more than USD10,000.00

3. Lead time
a. 7 Days after payment arrived, for sample order less than 15PCS
b. 10-14 Days after payment For a formal order

4. Attention
a. We don't accept any shipment who couldn't be done custom clearance in China
b. With domestic RMB payment to our account, we need to get 10% added-value tax.

All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
We provide Two years warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVR / NVRs after the shipment date.

1, For the products that prove defective under normal usage, if our customers could repair the products by themselves, we will supply the spare parts.

2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products need to be shipped back to us. We repair and afford 50% of freight charge.

3. If the products are broken by violence, carelessness, repaired or altered without the authorization, we will not be re- sponsible for the warranty.

To return a product for repair, please talk to our sales person for an RMA instruction. Thank you.

1. LOGO
Three requirements need be satisfied at the same time for Customers' Logo printing:
a. Quantity for each models need be more than 10pcs
b. Quantity for all models need be more than 50pcs
c. Logo should be One or Two colors only, and we need high resolution clear logo in JPG format.
Otherwise you can add USD 30 as LOGO printing fee.

2. Label
Please send us your own model number, serial or barcode numbers, and also the special designs if required.

3. User manual
We can put only customers' model number on the user manual by free of charge. If you have special requirement, please provide the finished manual file that can be printed directly.

4. Package Box
Design your own style based on the design file we provided, and then send it back to us. Samples will be sent to you for checking before mass production
